Final Note: Like all things in life the more you  practice, the better you get.

"Institutional Knowledge" is a term we use in business to evaluate a potential employee. Often times, a company will hire a person because of their institutional knowledge and personal connections in their field, over another employee with a basic skill set.

I am the only candidate with "Institutional Knowledge" of all things "La Mirada."  Developing an awareness all "all things La Mirada." is a 45+ years journey that has given me a unique insight into how we all wish to see the light upon the hill, as we drive home safely each day.

                                                       Thank you,

                                          Noel Jaimes

MISSION STATEMENT

Mentoring the Next Generation

of La Mirada leaders

In each generation there is an opportunity to find, develop, grow and nurture new telent in any community. These past 10 years has seen a decline in membership in every type of service organization within the city. Except for the La Mirada Chamber of Commerce, there is no service organization in the community that has not seen its original founders and leaders retire and age out from the organization. Boy and Girl Scouts, Ebell, Kiwanis, Rotary, Sports groups, Arts Colony, Friends of the Theater and Library, Sister City Association, La Mirada Symphony and VFW. As a new generation of homeowners and businesses enter the city they finding a vacuum of leadership in many service groups. My vision is to keep the city on a steady course of growth and innovation, while helping new talent find a home in our community groups and organizations.
